We understand that you may have some questions before making a purchase. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and answers to help you out:

How long will it take to receive my order? Once order is placed its takes : Standard 3-5 Business Days. During Holidays, and Weekends orders will be shipped out next available business day. Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy? Once your return is submitted via our online portal here it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To reiterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state. 

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Shipping Fee

  • Worn items

  • Signs of wear, makeup, and or stains.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the request.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Afterpay. If you have any issues with payment, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
